I don't recommend this agency for many reasons.... I have been emailing Ina for a month now to book my vacation and have proof of emails.. she said I was to anxious and not a priority.

On Martin Luther King Holiday I called and I was surprised they where open, Ina said to me " yeah we are not black"! I changed the subject because this was way over my response but just shows the unprofessional... I decided to work with another agent at the office and was ready to book with my credit card by the end of the day like they suggested.. I called and thy said they would call me back and one day later no call. I'm so unhappy with the professionalism here and it's hard to find a travel agency in Riverside... My whole travel plans changed with stress involved.
