until now De Leon landscaping had been fine, even good. I needed a new timer and 3 sprinkler heads replaced. It took 2 weeks to have him come the first time to hear my problem. It took another 2 weeks for him to install the Rain Dial 600-R 6 station controller and replace three pop-up sprinkler sprays. He left before he explained to me how he had programmed the unit. (4 valves, one of which is my drip system.) When I got the bill I was horrified. On June 30th he charged me $215 for the timer and $65 for the sprinklers, and labor. I had already checked online and found this model for between $92 and $128.98 with free shipping. The sprinklers which were 4 inch adjustable pattern pop up sprays (pop up body and spray) cost $4.98 to $7.56 with tax and no charge for shipping. I allowed him $130.37 for the timer this time and $14.47 for the 3 sprinklers I allowed him $75 on top for labor totaling $219.58 not the $280 he billed me a few weeks later. Now he won't answer calls or cut my grass.
