I would give it a negative star if its possible. I parked my car with this valet company today at Riverside tyler Mall. After I finished the movie with my friend and picked up my car, I found out that my ipod was stolen. I always always plug the ipod with the car since I only listen to music when I drive. I called the valet company to report the the incident, the manager only told me that they are not responsible for any damage or lost items from the car, well, you tell me if my car was properly locked as a good valet attendance should, how will my ipod got stolen if its not by one of your own valet attendance? since my car was not damaged and no sign of forced entrance into my car. To put salt on top of my wound, there was no apology from the manager, when I asked him to call the valet attendance to search and ask around he wouldn't even do that! I will be filing with the local police station tomorrow and I will personally file a lawsuit against both your company and Tyler Mall. I have been using valet services whenever I can for the past 10 years and this is the first incident where an item was stolen from my car, and the fact that no apology was made to me angered me even more!!! Don't ever trust this company!!!!!!
