These people really don't care how poorly damage your merchandise is when it's delivered. I do not recommend this company, very unprofessional. The driver doesn't even know the company's own protocol. Very misleading and untruthful company stay away.

Avoid At All Costs!

I called on Wednesday and was told the delivery was scheduled for that day, but the driver was running late. I paid two employees to stay late but they never showed.

I called on Friday and was told I had a confirmed appointment for delivery on Saturday between 10 am 3 pm. I asked her to confirm it was a Saturday delivery and she confirmed it.

Today is Saturday: I couldn't reach anyone by phone, so I found All Freight Trucking on Facebook and sent them a DM. The reply was that "I had some misinformation" and they don't deliver on weekends. I was told I'd need to call on Monday to schedule a delivery and was told, "No one ever promised you delivery on Saturday."

I've lost $350 paying employees to wait on confirmed deliveries from All Freight Trucking that never came.

Read all the other 1-star reviews. They all say the same thing.

Truck arrived well within 4 hour window promised. Driver was very helpful placing palate in a secure location for me.
I would choose All Freight again.

The worst ever. Everything they have tried to deliver is either broken or weeks late. Drivers are dirty smelly and speak no english. Customer service reps will lie to you just to get you off the phone. Terrible excuse for a trucking company.

All Freight is my go to company for local shipments. Their rates are extremely competitive, service is reliable, but ... they give themselves a cushion., 1-2 days between San Diego and LA. That's okay by me, I need economical transportation.

The worst

I was told my package would be received between 10am-2pm. When I called at 130 and asked if the driver was near, they said its not 2 yet. The driver was supposed to call 30 minutes prior and he hasn't called by then. I told the "customer service" rep that I had to leave at 2 for an appt and was told that I would be charge a reshipping fee if they deliver and I'm not home although I was home at the time they said to be. I was then told they could leave my $3000 worth of equipment on my porch. When I declined that I said I would stay here and wait and I asked if they could set it inside my house bc it's a 300lb package and I'm a 5'1 6 month pregnant woman. And she said no, that they could only leave it in the front or in a garage. I will ALWAYS make sure this is not the company being used for future orders. Everyone I spoke with was completely rude and not helpful in the least. Worst experience I've ever had with ANY type of customer service.

I wish I could give this company a zero. Waited all last Friday afternoon for delivery only to be called at end of day saying they lost my freight. Rescheduled for this Fri & promised a 1-3 delivery. Its now 5:30 and after numerous calls I havnt heard when it will arrive but have been told there is damage to the furniture. This place is like a disfunctional nightmare!! pick a different company.....
