Provided by YP.comHave done business with this company for years. Life happens and now I'm Executor of the Estate. They demanded prepayment by credit card ONLY. There is a caveat on the back of your bill: " if you pay by check, you can opt out of ACH". These people are Frauds - possibly racist. Definitely scammers as they take no responsibility for the potential bomb outside your home.

Provided by YP.comHorrible Obnoxious Customer Service.. TONS of hidden fees.
I closed on my home last year and continued to use Paraco Gas for my stove and drier because they were the company servicing the home. At house closing the company faxed over the contract. It was one page. I signed it and faxed it back. Fast forward 1 year later.. I converted to natural gas. Called Paraco to cancel service and was informed that I was going to be charged $120 restocking fee. I went back to my one page contract and searched for this written somewhere.... It wasn't to be found. I called Paraco again and was informed that it was on my contract. After a whole round of discussions and emails, I was informed that I was only sent the first page of the contract when signing up for Paraco. The extra missing pages were never sent to me. I never signed them or initialed them. It seems odd to me to have a whole bunch of stipulations and fees attached to the last two pages of a contact and not require the customer to sign off. Basically they can make up whatever they want at the end of any contact???
They need to spend some time and resources training their staff on customer service and efficiency. I would NEVER recommend them.

Provided by YP.comWe have had Paraco for 14 years now, we have had problems with their delivery schedule many times.
Just this past winter we actually reached the reserve level, even after numerous calls for a delivery from them. ( we only have one tank, so no actual reserve). They may be trying to improve their service because they just made an unheard of delivery to us this past Sunday. Because of this we are going to give them two stars. We will be keeping track of the delivery and billing issues though.

Provided by YP.comStay away. They DO NOT CARE about families - at all. We got back from a trip abroad and the tank was empty. We have a small baby and called for refill asap, and they said 2-3 business days from the day I called - fine. Now it is 4 FULL business days later and no call about any delivery yet. We've hired a local family-owned business and they disconnected Paraco's Tank and put it on the curb - with the rest of the TRASH. You're FIRED !!

Provided by YP.comCarefully check your bills when you use this company. They will try to double charge you and then tell you it's a billing mistake, sorry but I don't buy it.

Provided by YP.comThey installed the tanks long before we bought our home. We continued with Paraco because they had been servicing the home. Every delivery they complain about the location of the tanks, have verbally harassed us and have done service calls in our home when our 16 year old child was home alone

Provided by YP.comI bought my home with Paraco Gas tanks already installed. Their prices were fair so I went with the company. I tried calling customer service to set up my account... 3 hours later and several phone calls I was finally set up. They have an automated service that sends you around and around reaching only voicemail boxes and NO people. I received my first delivery in a few days. They left a bill in my door. TWO days later I got threatening letters saying that if I didn't pay my bill it would be sent to collections... OK... Things were fine until I got my winter delivery this season. Maybe someone out there can clear this up for me so I understand it..
I have 2 / 100 gal tanks. One tank is 50% full and the other is 100% full. The truck came and delivered 82 gal. AND the tank that was 50% now read only 75% full... what???? I called them and after going around and around with the automated service the woman that finally did answer tried to convince me that it was too complicated to understand.
What's so complicated? If a 100 gal capacity tank is 50% full the max amount of fuel could only be 50 gal, right? Not even mentioning that it was not filled to capacity! They made the delivery when I wasn't there so I couldn't even confront the driver about it.
Anyway that's my story. Unless I am completely out in left field I think their trucks are not calibrated correctly or I am just being ripped off.
Thanks for listening!
