The taste & abundance of this lunch special was out of this world. A+++ Quality.
Had the Turkey Tip / Hot Link combo. The meat & link were cooked to perfection & sprinkled with the best BBQ Sauce in the world. We have been going to this restaurant for years and it keeps getting better and better. Keep up the good work Chicago Pit Stop BBQ.

The customer service is horrible. Very unprofessional I don’t knows who’s worse the adults or the young adults.
I placed an order for a large tip they told me 45 minutes. I don’t have a car so I had to catch an Uber up there to be informed that they’re out of tips. No kind of an apology just laughing like it was funny. When I placed my order they asked for my name and number But didn’t have the decency or just absolutely didn’t care to call me to inform me that they were out of food.
I would not recommend this place to anyone and they will never get any of my hard earned money.

THE WAIT STINKS BUT THE FOOD IS REALLY GOOD

The food is GREAT!. The service is LOUSY. Don't believe them when they say "your order will be ready in 20 minutes. When you get there be prepared to wait at least 20 additional minutes. Sometimes they even RUN OUT OF FOOD! The service is extremely ghetto, but like a fool, i keep coming back for more. That shows you that the food, especially the RIB TIPS are the BOMB! If the service was even up to minimum standards, this place would be outstanding.
