Called about passport information. They were very helpful and informative about situation. Needed to expidite passport.

Called in reference to a post office box payment. It seems only one person can or will answer these questions and she goes home at 11 a.m. There was first a Mr. Lesley on the phone who then transferred me to a woman with the nastiest tone in her voice. She sounded completely annoyed that I didn't know her joh description. I am now completely annoyed that not only were they useless but rude as well. As a citizen a taxpayer and a human being, I found the experience completely insulting. I regret I was unable to get this woman's name because she seems to hate her job and since I like many are looking for one I feel someone else should take hers
