Tonight I ordered five items from the RF DQ, one of which was incorrect. I brought the error to the staff's attention and asked that they correct it. They gave me a replacement item which was, again, incorrect. By this time I was too frustrated to ask for yet another replacement so I simply left UNSATISFIED. Not good and disappointing.
