Three weeks ago on 1/29/16 I spoke with them. Vicki Brown, told me someone would come out and get a look at my property and give me a quote. They never came so I called a few days later and again they said they'd be out in a few days. I don't live at the property and I need an exterior rail replaced, so they can come any time. I haven't hear from them since so I called today, 2/23/16 and spoke with Vicki again. She said she'd talk to, whoever it is that goes out and does estimates and see if they could get out there soon. She said she'd mention it to them if they came into the office today. I questioned why they haven't contacted me to let me know that they wouldn't be out to give the estimate and why they can't give me an exact time or even day that they could do this for me. I was polite and concerned about when I can get this done. At this point she said she isn't interested in doing the project. This has been a waste of my time dealing with this company. Terrible!
