Horrible staff, dirty, change machine and snack machine are always out of order, staff is unhelpful and unprofessional (smoking, texting, etc) definitely not recommended

I've been coming here since They opened and I will say that the service and staff are horrible!

Walked in on so many occasions to find the staff feasting behind the counter in regular clothes, no uniforms. A pregnant chick smoking outside, trash EVERY WHERE!!! The machines are disgusting, there's soap clogged in the soap dispensers, bathrooms are trashed...

If there were another place close to my house, I'd go there. This is sad.

I loved that the staff is helpful and welcoming and above all cleanly n friendly. The facility is tidy and spacious, the wifi and huge flatscreen tvs ...well need i say more? Ok i will, the washers and dryers r huge for a family of six thats a plus. Dryers are up to 80 lbs capacity and i only needed 40 minutes for items to dry....hands down my new favorite place to do laundry. Glad i found it.
