Horrible service and very back lack of skills. They messed up all kinds of things for me and my child and then blamed it on not getting ahold of me. They were calling the wrong number. When I pointed that out and the fact that they have the correct address, they told me they don't do that, it's just a phone call. But apparently it's my fault they called the wrong number. They even admitted to screwing us over, and never bothered to apologize for their mistake until after I told them to quit telling me they "understand" the response was, "I'm sorry since you won't let me say I understand"

On 9/14/16 we went in and waited in line for our turn. Vanessa called us up, found our title and asked for our VIN certification which we did not know we needed. She advised the lady who did it was not there and it would be unethical to register/title without the certification. Well, OK, we will get it and we went back home to fetch it returning a little before 5PM to complete the transaction. We put our name in, waiting behind a long line of folks. As our turn approached a woman walked in and Vanessa said she would help her. They laughed and seemed to know each other as they transacted for the next hour. As 6PM approached they finished and we were called. When asked Vanessa stated the woman had been in earlier. We advised we had been in earlier as well. Customer Service stinks, avoid if you are a senior!

I was there trying to get my driver's license and they put my last name wrong because their system didn't allow to use space and they couldn't type a hyphen between last names. That's so stupid cuz there's people in America who use 2 last names. They need to change their system then. When I went to the state MVD they didn't have a problem to separate my last names with a hyphen.

Don't go to a regular DMV, go here! They're much friendlier, helpful and polite. I didn't have issues getting my ID done like I did a regular DMV I went to. And of course, it is faster as well.

So friendly and convenient. I was in and out very fast. It was great.

I so love this place! Had a lot of issues to deal with as I was preparing to move across the country and the rep I worked with was so helpful...took care of a complicated situation quickly and effectively! Thank you MVD Express!

The girls that work here are dumber then a sack of hammers!!! Service is horrid! I dont think they know how to read either. Had state farm fax my insurance to them she comes back with this in no better then the one u brought in there is still no expiry date or policy number. I had to show her it was right there on top of page!!!! Will never use this office again. Workers are rude and stupid!
