Good food most of the time. Service depends on the waitress/waiter. Sometimes excellent service, sometimes really bad service. They have forgotten part of our meal or completely forgot to bring my daughter her food. It has taken 45 minutes before we receive our food. We have been their over 2 hours before because of such a delay in receiving food. No sorry from management. We don't order specialty drinks anymore because they have tasted repulsive and the waitress stated "Oh well". If we wanted another drink we would have had to pay for it. Have been a long time customer of IHOP but this restaurant needs improvement. I have been to many IHOPs in many states sadly the one closest to home is the one I have received the worst service.
