No professionalism. Came and talked for over an hour. Promised to call with estimates within a week. Never contacted us again. Left messages and no returned calls. Waste of time.

POOR SERVICE , UNETHICAL WORST CONTRACTOR IN NEW MEXICO. Do not use this company. They spent one day at my house and was given $25,000 down payment check signed over to them. We fired them for their poor work and all the lies that were told service after one day of digging the pool out. They worked only 1/2 a day on excavation and they kept all the money and never returned the loan. They are not worth 1 star. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this thief and shyster.

Dissatisfied with the professionalism and service of pool cleaning. I talked with owner and he's ok with poor service and is charging me a premium. I was really looking forward to finding a good company.

These people post their own reviews. Our experience was similar to that of the critical reviews here. You'll notice that the positive reviews are similarly written and from the same time period when Aquatic was obviously thinking this was a way to mislead potential customers. I guess they haven't had time to post more fake reviews over the last three years.

They have been horrible to work with. Last season I asked them to come out to close our pool for the winter and check on a problem we were having. They made an appointment with me because I specifically said I wanted to be here when they came and they never showed. Three days later they called with no explanation or appology for not showing up or calling to say they weren't coming. We made another appointment and once again I sat at home and no one showed up. I called and left a message on the guys cell phone... no returned call. Two weeks after my first contact with them they show up out of nowhere. I was furious and didn't answer the door. To my surprise they let themselves in my backyard, treated the pool and left a note saying they would send the bill. When the bill came they definately padded they labor time.



Out of my own ignorance, i called again this season to have them come out to reopen the pool, made an appointment for when I could take off work and once again they didn't show up as they said they would nor did they even call to say they weren't coming.



I am done with them. If they can't respect me taking time off of work and providing them business, well then they don't deserve my business.
