Provided by YPmobileI called a few days before an visit with a specialist for my sons broken arm which we had been to emergency for already....the office did not call us to inform that office policy after talking to the staff and leaving a measage with the nurse for a referral is the doctor will not give a referral without seeing him first no matter what...their only response was that they have other patients to take care of even though they assured me not to worry or follow up with them because it will be taken care of....
