BEWARE OF PARKWAY RV!!!!!! IF THEY WILL STEAL $2500 AND LIE TO A DISABLED QUADRAPLEGIC IMAGINE WHAT THEY MAY DO TO YOU !!!

Drove over two hours to look at a Class B for sale. Looked around the lot for over an hour and no one once said Hello or anything. Walked in and asked for help and the one guy said "I'm really busy maybe that guy can help you" . Can't remember his name but seemed very annoyed. I asked if I could test drive the class B and a loud man yelled "we are not a car lot". Later I find out he was the owner. We went outside looked around a little and I asked again if I could test drive the Class B because I was really interested with it . He said "let me talk to the owner but he really doesn't like people test driving the vehicles . I told him no way I buy something without driving it. He went to the owner and after a few minutes came back and said " well the owner really doesn't want to but he will let you if you are sure you want it" . I told him to have a nice day I would go another route. Bad service you lose money. Drove two hours to be treated like a annoying customer . No thank you!

Drove 1,000 Miles to pick up our new Work and Play . Beat every other dealers price by thousands, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly . Love the woodburning fireplace :-) . Will buy there again

I purchased a 1999 40 foot Overland diesel pusher motor home from Frank June 17, 2015. I was told that the unit had just arrived and has not been advertised. Went to pick the unit up June 27, 2015. After the usual instruction as to how to operate the various functions of the unit

( slide, transmission etc) I started to drive the unit home to Gallatin , Tennessee. About 10 miles from the dealership the motor home lost power and quit running on interstate 24. I called the dealership and asked them for help. Within 40 minutes two techs from the dealership arrived and tried to figure out why it lost power. One tech, Mike really tried to find the problem to no avail. Finally, Bill the owner of Parkway had two mechanics come to the unit and got it started.

Mike drove myself and my better half back to the dealership where her daughter had returned to pick us up to return us to Gallatin.

Let me say this...I was treated with the utmost respect by Frank, the sales manager, Beau, the owners son, Mike, the tech and Bill the owner.

All personnel at Parkway were great and went out of their way to help us. Bill agreed to re check the motor home and deliver it to me in Gallatin, when the unit has been fully checked out. During this entire ordeal all Parkway personnel acted very professional at all times. I could not have asked for any better treatment than I received from the entire staff at Parkway. I highly recommend this dealership for their service and professional approach. When I decide to purchase another motor home I will return to Parkway because of how I was treated. In this world today it is nice to find a business that really cares about the customer and does everything possible to satisfy the needs of the customer.

Being my first RV purchase, I at first had some buyers Remorse at first. I bought sight unseen on eBay, However The folks down there were the BEST ! They Picked me up at the airport , Thoroughly showed me how to use every thing. Helped me with arrangements to get it home. When I made a request from them after I got the RV home and they went out of there way at there expense to help me out. I'm now very Happy about my purchase! And I Would certainly do business With them again

Bought a Class C from them last month . i bought one a few years ago from camping world and will never go back there (they ripped me off) I decided to try a small family dealer and let me tell you the difference is like night and day !! I paid over book value for the one at C. World and then they charged me 9.5% financing . My credit score was the same as it was a few years ago (720) and Parkway sold me a Class C $8,500 UNDER book and got me approved at a local credit union for 2% . They then told me that the big dealers mark the interest rate up to make more money !! I am so mad I am thinking about suing CWorld . Parkway is a great place and the people are super nice ! I saved a lot of money or I would not have drove from northern Arkansas . I have taken two camping trips and the motor home did great . Highly, highly recommend them . Just something about buying from a family business makes you feel better and they appreciate you more than the greedy corporate dealers

Have found so far Parkway and its employees to be responsive and helpful every way. Can't wait to pick up my new to me MTX Toy Hauler on Monday or Tuesday next week. The transaction has gone well and feel they have negotiated in good faith and recommend them for your RVing needs.

I feel I have been helped by every one I have talked to at Parkway RV. Look forward to meeting the crew on Monday 13 Jan to pick up my new to me toy hauler. So far nothing but good feelings for Parkway. Bill W

Drove from southern Texas to buy a used truck camper they had on ebay. the camper was just like they said it was and I bought it for what I consider to be a great price or I would not have drove so far . I have stayed several nights in my truck camper with no problems . They were also very good about going over the camper with me and how to set it up and use it (since this was my first camper) so I had no problem using it the first night, I will be giving them first shot when I am ready to upgrade in a couple of years !! Bought a camper from them 2 weeks ago and just got back from our first camping trip . We could not be happier. Everything worked great . Since I was new at camping I had to call Parkway a couple of times and ask questions about setting up our camper at the Campground . Bo was very patient with our questions and he really knew his stuff when it came to campers ( he even gave me his cell number in case I had questions after they closed ) . I cannot thank him enough for his help .Thanks to him he had no problems and I can set up my camper like a pro now !! We traveled over 1400 miles to pick up our Motor Home from Parkway RV Center. They picked us up at the Chattanooga Airport for free. Bought us Lunch, and the Allegro Bay we bought sight unseen greatly exceeded our expectations ! . Everybody there was so friendly and patient . Even with travel expenses we saved several thousand dollars by buying the Allegro Bay from Parkway RV. And all our family and RV friends cannot believe how clean and nice of a motor home we got for such a low price ! I highly recommend them to anybody wanting to purchase a Used RV !

Great place to buy a used RV ! My grandparents have bought several RVs from them over the past 40 years and me and my Husband are on our 2nd one from them. We have looked at all the other local dealers and nobody has cleaner and nicer used RVs than Parkway RV does. Plus nobody can touch there prices ! I have purchased 3 RV's from Parkway RV . They are some of the best people I have ever done buisness with ! I have owned 21 RV's in my lifetime I have bought from small dealers and big dealers from all over the country (STAY AWAY FROM ALL FREEDOM ROADS OWNED DEALERSHIPS) . Parkway RV has alway been very honest with me and kept there word about everything. They have some of the best prices I have seen on used RV's and they do not stick you with all the extra bogus fee's other dealers do (Doc fees, prep fee's, gap insurance, etc.) .
