We purchased a camper from Dunlap almost 2 years ago, we have had NOTHING but issues out of our travel trailer.. The minute we handed Mike (salesman) our check, he wiped his hands clean of us. Our travel trailer has been in their service department too many times to count. The men in the service department have the IQ of kindergardeners, and they don't care how much of an inconvenience them having the trailer in their shop is, they still take their time and STILL don't fix the issues completely. Our trailer will go to have warranty work done and come back to us with more issues than it had to begin with. I DO NOT recommend Dunlap, and it amazes me how they stay in business.

My husband and I purchased a camper at the beginning of the year from Dunlap RV in Georgia. It has spent more time in their shop than it has at our home. It took numerous tries to fix a leak. Unfortunately that was only one of the problems. The worst of all is the poor service we have received from the staff. The owner (Louis) became involved and promised to do something to make up for all the problems. He ceased all contact with us several months ago and stopped returning messages. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
