These guys really know their elevators. I have an elevator that was purchased and installed by another elevator company here in Savannah. The company who installed it, kept putting me off when I called them with a problem that I was having. Once I was finally able to get them out to check the problem, they informed me that the problem I was having was not covered under my warranty and was going to be $1,700.00 to repair. I felt this was a little to exspensive, so called Advanced Elevator for a second opinion. They were here in less than an hour. It took them less than 15 minutes to fix my problem. When I ask them what the repair would cost, I was shocked when they said "You do not owe us anything right now. We are a new company in town, so our payment is for you to call us for any future repairs and let everyone you know who ownes an elevator, that we are open for business and to give us a call.". As a business owner myself, I am happy to see that our community still has a few businesses left with a high level of customer service.
