I wish I could give a negative rating. This company is the absolute worst. My friend was stranded on the side of the interstate- she contacted her insurance company who contacted this guy. She waited over an hour so I started calling around. I assume it was "Bob" who answered the phone- he could not have been more rude or condescending. He had no idea when he was going to be able to help my friend who was stranded on the side of the interstate. Do NOT use this company.

Professional service, worked well even though I abandoned the car which was hit by deer. Car would not shift or start yet they asked first then delivered to yard. Worked well with insurance company.

The company sent an employee to provide service, which was fine, but somewhat high $. They had no official receipt book and when I later asked for one to file w/insurance, the owner rep was somewhat of a jerk, acting like he didn't have time, putting blame on me--taking a month w.repeated calls. My insurance rep had alerted me that it was hard to get cooperation. Probably wouldn't deal w/them unless I was desperate and in no way would I pay until valid receipt (w/co name, etc) in hand, not something scribbled on a steno pad. Too bad some people have to play games instead of just doing what's right. Fianlly got a receipt in a text message.
