I filed my taxes with Jack Viola at this office he was very unprofessional. On top of my yearly income I made $1500 as an independent contractor doing some promotional modeling work. He charged me nearly $800 in taxes for this! The whole time he kept making weird comments about the work and asking me about it. To the point that I looked into how much I should have paid and it was way less. When I contacted the office about this he was adamant that I only paid $350 but online it said on my forms $786. He also didn’t include the amount or the form in my file he gave me. I had to go online. When I began questioning it in a polite way he became curt and said he would “have to print out some things which he couldn’t do today and get back to me” to find out the exact amount I paid on that. A lie because the information is right in the computer system what would need to be printed out? Why lie unless you were hiding something? The whole experience was very bad and left a bad taste in my mouth. I have not heard back from him since calling and will now have to go through the refilling process. Very distraught and wish I had just filed on my own.
