A woman named Deidre was of excellent help with all my questions. Some of the best customer service I could honestly have asked for. Very polite and informative. Overall seems like a great business and I would definitely recommend others.

Had brand new sonic trailer for 3 months, on third trip
Were beginning a 2 week trip when we lost our 12 volt appliances. That means only air-conditioning and microwave WORKED.
NO slid out, no lights and no appliances. UNBELIEVABLE
Well thank God we ended up here.

Boat-n-RV Megastore, Ridgeland, SC. Do not do business with this store please. Find a legitimate company. Left a $500 deposit against a used RV and was told to try my own bank however they sold the unit to one of there other stores in Tennessee after our phone conversation. Refused to stand behind the contract we had with them and would not even return our calls. Sales manager has no balls to even speak with us, instead hid in his office while the Finance manager try to smooth things over. The deal included a trade which I pulled off FB and told 2 individuals it was no longer available so now I have lost a possible sale myself. My wife and were really looking forward to a Class A motor home. Thanks Boat-n-RV for your unethical practice. 1 week later still have not heard from salesman, Allen Hefner or GM Pete to apologize or attempt to resolve the issue.

Charles in sales started off the experience and was wonderful, no high pressure and really listened to our needs for a camper! Next came Joey in the finance department and again wonderful experience got me the financing I needed in a very timely manner! Then we had to great experience with Tony in the back who was wonderful and really took his time with us. The only issue we had was Paul in the back area. He was supposed to go over the camper with us and not only did he NOT have knowledge of our unit but also acted like he was in such a hurry to get us out of the area. He was very rough with our equipment. I was so sad to see this because EVERYTHING else about Boat and RV was such a wonderful experience. Even with Paul's treatment I would recommend anyone going to Boat N Rv if they need any type of camping or boating needs.

Horrible experience. Will not return or recommend.

Who owns this place? The way the employees act and talk made me think this place is owned by someone very incompetent.

My reason for writing at this time is to say Terry was a wonderful salesperson to deal with . He was kind,patient , honest and gave us a true insight on what he had with in our budget . The sales manager and general manager have been so nice . If it goes bad believe me I will be back to let you know . But for now if you go there ask for Terry .
