First let me start by saying I have never left a review on any type ever until now. So please take into consideration my effort in making sure anyone knows what they are getting before renting here. From day 1 this apartment has been nothing but trouble. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly when it moved in. Dead flys everywhere including inside if the fridge. Two leaking sinks, foul odor, refrigerator not hooked up properly, doors won't close, kitchen drawers out of line. I could go on and on. The demo they showed me was 10x nicer than what you actually get. Some of the mgt is ok and some are very rude. These apartments are way over priced for what you get. Renters beware.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, I have lived here 3 years, the property and buildings have major structural/foundation issues, the walls have gaps and crack in them, my apartment leaks every rainstorm, the doors don't shut correctly, the parkinglot is very bumpy. The former manager was nice (Miriam), the new Assistant (Pam) is horrid to say the least. The maintenance guys are nice, especially Thomas. The rent is too high, it's no longer a "luxury/high end" property. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere
