I went in to get a front end alignment last week, and ended up being charged $25 to be lied to. Gateways tires told me that I had to have new struts, motor mounts, and tires before they could even do my alignment. They where going to charge me $1250 for the work, so I drove 2hrs 30min to my family's mechanic. He's looked at it yesterday, and informed me that I needed an alignment and a rotation, and other than that my car was perfectly fine. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about the guys at Gateway. Some women often feel intimidated when we have a problem with our car and have to take it in to see what the problem is, and then worry about being oversold on unnecessary repairs. Not at Gateway! I have been in there twice for small problems, and they didn't even charge me to fix them. You can truly trust them to be honest. This is the only place I will take my car from here on out.
