Great customer service every time. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Customer service was outstanding! They were very effiecient and polite. If I have any trouble in the future I will not hesitate to return to this location.

Positive - a great product. Negatives -If you ever need any work done on your phone, or need to replace a broken phone plan on waiting hours. It is ridiculous. What is even more annoying is when there are 6 plus employees standing around in front of you doing nothing. It does not take this many people to sell a phone cover or a charger. Ridgeland MS needs to either open another store or have more of their employees helping people with there phone problem. I know for a fact some of these people standing around have helped me before with these problems, so don't say that they are not trained for that.
