My son rented a shirt, suspenders, and bow tie. They measured him. He tried the shirt on the day before and was swimming in it. Took it back the next day. They told him it was first come, first serve, whatever that means, but I guess they give you something that doesn't fit instead of letting you know they don't have your size, that way they get their money. Luckily they did have his size. I don't know what he would have done if they didn't. Wasn't impressed with the attitude or stupid comments.
