Friendly service and by far the cheapest around! They went out of their way to make me happy and did a great job. I would recommend Heims.

Let's not really even get into the fact that the girl who answers the phones clearly does not care about her job whatsoever. It's so clear by the apathetic way she answered my questions and got my information. But whatever. The world is full of people who hate their jobs. I was willing to overlook that if the rest of my experience was pleasant...

It wasn't.

Let's start with the fact that my car got there with a radio/cd player and when I picked it up, it had been stolen. When I questioned what happened they said "oh that sucks". Okay...fine. I get that it's not their "fault" technically. Apparently they're not at fault if something's stolen on their property, even though I didn't sign anything.

Then I got home to open the trunk only to see that they took fluids out of my car...or someone else's car...put them in containers and put them INTO my trunk, letting them leak around. When I called they only said "well, I mean you can bring it back and I can take the containers out for you."

Then I noticed that they didn't upgrade anything that I asked them to while they were rebuilding my transmission. "Yeah, I mean, we probably did"

I got stuck with my car here, I live out of state, so I had to have it towed from another city. If I would have seen this place before, I wouldn't have taken my car there. The total came to $1895 for a total rebuild of my transmission which was way too good to be true. DO NOT GO HERE
