Randy Hines should be at the top of the list for "Oriental Rug Cleaning." The name of his company is First Call Services of Virginia which cleans not only orientals but regular rugs (and also disaster cleanups). He cleaned eleven scatter orientals for me which look awesome, and one of the THE BEST THINGS is he picks up and delivers and puts them down for you.
