I have never rented from here BECAUSE I cannot get through when I call!!!! Very disappointing. I have been calling since Friday and cannot get through. I have tried at all times of the day and night. Not good customer service!!!

Every time I rent a car at the Richmond Airport with Enterprise I have a problem at the reception desk. This time they couldn't figure out how to honor a coupon from Discover card. I had to go upstairs to have an assistant manager to resolve the issue. The last time they added on insurance coverage when I had declined it. I had to go back and defend myself an hour after I discovered their mistake. I made them call their manager at home. I received a call from their manager at home a few days later after someone who monitors reviews on line forwarded my dissatiaction from my review. Big deal! It didn't do much good!

Always excellent service at this location. My family are regular renters and have always been treated above the level of satisfaction. Every vehicle that we have rented has been satisfactory and they have not hesitated to upgrade when our selections are not available. Sometimes the staff at the registration desk has been a little too nosey and asked extremely personal information that has nothing to do with the registration & have made us wait while they finish their lunch or clean up their mess but the upstairs staff has been excellent.

My preferred rental company is Enterprise, however my recent rental in Richmond was less than satisfactory. The van reeked of cigarette smoke and the interior was dirty. There were children's crayons between the seats and debris on much of the floor.

I rent cars on a regular basis and I have never had any issues with the Enterprise location at the Richmond airport. I always use Enterprise.
