purchased an item when we went to get it it wasn't there allthey did was offer our money back when you purchase and pay for something it should be there another customer said they had taken home a 2 ton jack that they didn't purchase if they hadn't brought it back the person that purchased it wouldn't have gotten it BAD business also I was told if didn't want the item you brought it would be donated to charity they told me they would resell my item wrote the paper work up then called me the next day and said they wasn't going to resale I found this item on facebook for $500.00 the guy said he bought it from cannon auction that's why they didn't want to resell because they wanted to sell it them selves the guy was probably there when they called to say they weren't going to re sell I have gotten home with items that wasn't mime but I brought back POOR BUSINESS practices very careless with other peoples stuff
