My child previously attended THA and i called and asked to see if they had space for my child just for a week. Teresa told me shed have to check to see if space was available. 3 hours pass so I call back and one of the employees answer and say she busy talking with Monica and will call back. 5 hours total pass and another employee answers puts me on hold to ask teresa and comes back to tell me they don't have any space. I had a feeling she was lying So I had my childs dad call the following business day and ask. Teresa answered and he asked her if there was space for her age group and she said of course we have plenty of space. Not only does this daycare lie and say they're educational but theyre unprofessional. You come in and tell them hi & they just look at you.Theyre always on their phones while these kids are running around like crazy. And now they're lying to people about their space and availability. I feel bad for the owner so I emailed her to let her know how it's being ran.

Brought my daughter here expecting there to be more learning and not so much babysitting. The same reason I took her out of her old daycare and decided to pay more by bringing her here. They gave me this speech on how they do all these educational things... Nope. I'm pulling her out to actually prepare her for kindergarten. I found another school that costs a little more but it's actually educational. They've had homework twice this whole school year. Teachers are so rude and just look at you stupid when you come in instead of saying hi like you're supposed to. I'm tired of it.

I have four children that attended this facility for four months and we couldn't get out of their soon enough! My 4 year old was constantly being hurt, bloody nose, busted lip, etc. No incident reports. My 6 and 8 year old spent 5+ hours watching tv, which I watched on their Web video monitoring system, as the teacher sat on the couch watching tv as well. She paid no attention to any of them. My three year old started at this facility potty trained then some how began going through 7 pull ups a day with no explanation. None of my clothes were returned. I was mistakingly charged for 2 extra weeks throughout our 4 months here and then was refused a refund when I withdrew my children and paid in advance for the month. This facility is unorganized and unprofessional. Parents beware!!
