I've used The Pawza for several years now. We've always had pets with special considerations, from general breed specific issues to medical requirements. I can't say how much it means to leave your family members in the care of such knowledgeable, conscientious staff and not have to worry about anything. To know your pets are literally cared for like family is a true gift.

The only thing nice is the facility. The lady is one of the rudest people I have ever met. All I walk is a place to take my animals. It was my first time there, and I was not sure what I was doing. They were not understanding at all. Then I post a review and they send me a threatening message. I was disturbed at how horrible it was.

I have been doing biz with The Pawza for over 5 years. Why? Because there is NONE BETTER in the entire Houston area, in my opinion. The staff is the most caring and knowledgeable I have ever come across. Anne becomes their "Mom" while they are there! And the inside...well, let me just say I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world...and I would personally stay here if there was a human room available!

The Pawza is the nicest place in the Houston area to board dogs period. Anne, the owner, goes above and beyond for all of the dogs in her care. I seriously wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else. On top of that I learned that she helps rescue abused animals which just reinforces my thoughts on what a great person she is.

The Pawza is tops in caring for your best friend. I have used Anne for almost three years and she is the best in the business! I have kenneled my dogs for over twenty years and I have never felt completely at ease with any of the kennels I have used, until now. When I drop my dogs at The Pawza, I have complete faith that they will receive the best of care. I have referred at least five friends to Anne and each of them keep going back because they know she will take wonderful care of their pets. Also, Anne knows has a deep medical knowledge of dogs if you have a pet that needs special care (like one of mine).

Oh my goodness. This person who posted this negative review is either from the competition or a former disgruntled employee!! I have been doing business with Anne since she opened and have yet to find any business with this level of customer service. My veterinarian recommends her exclusively and there is not another facility on the planet that can rival theirs. Shame on you for posting such a falsehood. Check out their Face Book page, their clients LOVE them.

Spoke with Anne on the phone she was very rude. When I got there she was just rude in person. I wouldn't trust them with my dog again.
