i have five kids that get there meds at differnt times when they used to get them all on the same day! ok since they deleted my main comment i will rewrite mr tran is a very rude person i filed a complaint on one of the girls at the richmond office and talked to mr tran about it he then told me he knew better that she was one of his best employers so i let it go alot more was said but i let it go because i am a single mom of 4 kids 3 that get there meds there and my 2 nephews that i am rasing 5 of the six getting there meds there and do not have a car so pretty much had 2 tuck my tail and stay there but every since then we have been mistreated let me say i am just a number i know this and i know nothing will come of this but someone will see it i have 5 kids that get meds from the same doctor but they all have differnt dates to be picked up thats the first thing he done i called in my kids 3 scripts yesterday cause they were due when i called the same girl told me i could pick up my daugthers but that my youngest sons was on hold and they did not get the one for my oldest son which they were all called in from the same doctor trying 2 get them back close 2 the same days because its hard to find a ride 5 times a month anyway called mr tran 2 see why 1 was on hold and why they did not get the other 1 remind you he has been trying to get rid of me since i complained so he informed me i could not pick up any of them till the 17th which 1 was already ready so i ask why could i not get the one that is ready and he told me cause he can do that so he has done a good job at seeing i dont come back there but i do ask that you all pray that god works it out that i find a new pharmacy that treats people with respect and not as a number because his only concern is money from the gov and trust he gets alot from them but just as god as put them there he can take away watch how u treat people you never know what they go through i know he is not here are there 2 make it easy on me but there is such thing as business man first but when u have to much on your plate thats what happens!
