bought 2 pair of shoes for sons concert, but friend gave a pair to use . I left shoes in car with plan to return them as my son never wore them. They had been opened prior to my buying them and when I tried to return it, the asst mgr who sold me the shoes gave me a look as if he had worn them . She was the same person who sold e the shoes and I explained to her I did not even have him try it on and left them in the car. I even showed her the text that was sent to me by my wife 20 min after I bought the shoes that told me not to buy it. I went on to explain I had planned to buy some shoes anyway and she said go and bring your shoes and then I will ring it up. They had sold me those shoes that looked the way they do and clearly it was a tried on in the store prior to buying it. In any case I understand that I would never return used shoes and did not appreciate the tone and attitude of this Assistant manager. From now on I would recommend taking a picture of any shoe you buy at this store , just in case if you buy something for a family member in case it is the wrong size, etc.
