I love Madison Peds! I have been taking my oldest daughter, who is 6, since she was born and my youngest daughter goes also. We get the best service and care. Whenever we need an appointment, we always get in right away-the same day! I would recommend this office for anyone that's looking for a pediatrician!

The staff at Madison Pediatrics have always been friendly and kind to me and my family. I have taken my children there for years and have always received nothing but the best from the doctors, nurses, and front office staff. When I call to make an appointment, the scheduler is always patient, friendly and does what she can to accommodate our busy schedule. Kudos to her and all the others in that office!

Who ever worked in scheduling today 11-30-15 around 11am, you are the reason for this review. We were put on hold for 7 mins and then hung up on, then on hold another 5 mins. Once we were able to talk to someone, the lady was extremely rude and insensitive! She mocked us by laughing stating that she did not even have enough spots for her established patients. We were able get our child seen by another dr in the area, and she had atypical pneumonia! But your office staff finds it funny a child is in serious need of a doctors visit. You all should be ashamed to employee such a person. This lack of customer service by this individual will continue to drive your business away. I can not believe someone would treat a potential patient in such a way.

I have been taking my daughter here since she was a infant and she has received the absolute best care. Dr.Blum was my daughters fathers pediatrician and he has went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met with each visit. He takes his time with her and makes sure she feels comfortable and safe with each visit. We receive prompt care whether it's in office or via telephone care. The staff and other physicians exercise the same work ethic and always put the needs of my daughter first. My daughter had a issue that required a specialist and Dr.Blum had her in their office within a week and called to check on her after she was seen by the specialist. I highly recommend this group for all your pediatric needs.

I have been taking my child here for almost a year and the care we received was mediocre at best. Most visits were rushed and they failed to catch my childs orthopedic condition despite bringing up my concerns repeatedly at each visit. Office staff are rude and uncaring. Go elsewhere!

Great doctors for the kids.. take their time and are very thorough.
