BE AWARE OF STAYING HERE - LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
Forgive me but I do not review very often, however when a business goes above and beyond or if they fall extremely short I do like to pass it along because I do like you look at others opinions.
The facilities are a little dated but adequately acceptable in consideration of amenities and cleanliness. It is reflective of the what I am beginning to find the corporate brand is accepting.
If I had not had a bad experience I would say go ahead and book it if you have to, but do not expect any assistance from the staff if you were to need it and whatever you DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN YOUR ROOM. I would suggest packing everything in your vehicle if you leave your room unoccupied.
If you’re not familiar with Richmond, the location is not in the let’s say most safe area of the city. I would suggest going to exit 90. If you have to stay in Richmond, there are better alternatives of hotels in the same class as this La Quinta.
Be careful with the reviews the company on here and disquises as independent customers. I hope this helps and saves you from the trouble I have. I guess I need to be less trusting...hate that but lesson learned.
