Excellent experience. The facility is bright and clean. The staff is multinational, multiethnic and bilingual. Excellent images and interpretations by their radiologists.

I was there the other day with my mom for an appintment. The Spanish lady that took are paper work was so rude and nasty to use becaue we forgot the referral. My mom didn't spoke good enlish really so I was helping her the lady was slamming her hands on the table upset with a atitited. I've been here several times and had no problem. I had an appointment today at 930 with no eating or drinking for a cat scan with contrast. I waited 45 mins and asked what was going on usually you don't have to wait long. They went to check told me there was a delay due to the person before me had problems with veins. So I ask to speak to a manager. This Chinese lady named grace came down with a nasty attitude and told me they weren't working for me and that I could take my papers and go somewhere also told me that it was my fault because I didn't have my papers together. And then when I let her know I wasn't the one to play with she called the cops. So I waited to get my papers and precious scans and will not be going there nomore. They are very unorganized and blamed me for there lack of intelligence and common sense when they never told me I needed a referral and still this morning everything was there.
