If you're looking for Dissatisfaction & Disappointment, may I encourage you to gain your experience at this location. We gave this establishment two opportunities to provide a meal of minimum expectation. There is a lack of quality in the service and total disregard for their patrons. The managment & staff have absolutely no gratitude for any customer in the restaurant. Not a single smile in this Denny's! I had to provide a single star only because it is required for posting!

I would like to inform you, that I nor my family will ever be patrons of Denny's in Savannah Georgia nor, Richmond hills Georgia again. when we first ever arrived in Georgia, to live, we went to have breakfast at Your Denny's in Savannah GA

1 Gateway Blvd, Savannah GA 31419 next to highway 95, we were seated after a half an hour wait then forgotten about; 30 minutes later , we left and went across to Perkins, Your Manager on duty there basically made it clear he didn't care, this was on a Friday Morning April 2011. REFUSED TO GO BACK, DIDNT COMPLAIN, BECAUSE IT WAS MADE CLEAR HE WASNT WORRIED ABOUT IT...Now almost a year later decided to give it a try again; We went to Your Denny's @ US Highway 17,Richmond Hill,GA31324 only to wished we hadn't; My 6 yr old son my husband and myself; Are truly amazed at how horrid the Denny's here in Georgia are, at least in this area*** We are a Retired Military Family {Husband Now works for At Several different bases, we have been to Denny's throughout The US, Arizona, Texas, California, and Many Many More; Some have been Great ,some Good, some just alright, but these truly are way below the bottom of the pile when it comes to bad service and bad management. We placed our name on a list, we were told it would only be around 10-15 minutes, 35 minutes later as we are going in to find out what happened a customer came out and stated service was horrible, we still went to check on our table and when we might be set, only to find that the couple that came in 4 customers after Us were already seated and our name was marked off the list 3 customers back. we were told "oh we are sorry we will try to get you a table soon", when my husband showed he was upset and that it was not right, a manager from the back looked up and stated oh just get them a table set up fast. when I was asking why we were not offered a table when we were suppose to have one before everyone else under us on the list, a very elderly lady came by us, upset; She had been there for over 20 minutes at a table and no one even offered her coffee or a beverage, no one had even checked on her.. EXCUSE me, but I have been in The restaurant business as a Service Manager, Assistant Manager, and as a General Manager for well over 20 some odd years, and in several places throughout the world; Never have I, laid witness to such outright improper service before. What is bad, it's at two locations that are Horrid and They are not to terribly far apart. I will and have told several people about the experience and I will others for , we all work hard for our money and if we are going to pay it out , then it should be at a place that cares. We arrived at this Denny's in Richmond hills a bit before 9:15 am and left the out the door around 10:50, My husband has just informed me of the complete and proper time

Savannah, GA 31419 to eat Lunch; We were, out to have Breakfast and left with my 6 year old son upset and starving, never will we go to either of these two Denny's again. From this day forward I will only go to IHop in Savannah on Montgomery St. or Perkins @ 3 Gateway Blvd S, #A, Savannah, GA

for Breakfast while I am here, unless I can find one away from this group. and yes I do Blog and yes I do tweet and yes, I will make it clear to people about Our experience, by word of mouth and by media. Do something for The thing that made me the maddest was my child's hunger and the elderly lady of around 70 yrs of age being upset. Customer service should always be #1***
