A contractor friend and I went into the store to look at windows. Cezar helped us, showing us what they had to offer and the differences between which were things I would not have considered as important. We got paper work started and got a quote on our options. When asked about the install we said we were doing our own and Cezar was satisfied with that and did not try to sell an install. I needed to consider some of the options given so did not place the order that day. I later changed the type of window I wanted and called Cezar for a new quote. When I explained what I wanted he made some suggestions that I then wanted to consider. When I orders the windows I had no problems ordering over the phone and the windows came as estimated and were delivered without problems. When installed the windows look great and the suggestions the Cezar made had a very positive effect on the overall look. Being the first time I had ordered windows I would not have known I had the options Cezar suggested. Other than needing to call for the invoice to be mailed I have no complaints with Perfection Glass and will not hesitate to work with them on my next window purchase.

Perfection glass is the worse company that I have ever done business with. I have working in customer service for a long time and this company fails on all levels. They are only concerned about the money they are making not the costumer. We ordered windows from them for our entire house. We told them from the beginning that we would be installing them ourselves and asked them to give us the windows fully framed so they were easy to install. The sales person Tim insured us that is what we were going to be getting but still tried to push the install on us even though we had refused several times. We ordered the windows, which they never had us sign for or checked with us to make sure that we wanted what they ordered. When the windows came they were conveniently the wrong windows that we would need help to install. We told them that they were wrong and they told us that we were wrong and that we had never had that conversation with Tim, basically calling us liars. They refused to take the windows back because they were custom and basically left us high and dry. I made an appointment to talk to Robert, I was told he was the manager, he said he would meet me at our house and I left work to meet him, he stood me up never showed and never called to reschedule. I went down to their office fuming and talked to him, he said he had the wrong number and that is why he didn't call... but they called me to give me the meeting time. He said that he would send someone out the next day to basically show us how wrong we were, and that we had gotten what we ordered. I said fine and the next day they called and told me they weren't coming because they had a holiday party to attend. At this point I was so much more then done with them. He again told me that they would call on Monday to set up a time to come show us the windows. Monday came and no phone call. They didn't call until a week later, by this time we had already called another company who stepped up to help us. The staff at perfection glass needs to take classes in costumer service. Twice they made promises to us that they never fulfilled. I will never recommend them and I will never use them for any of our other properties.

I also had an experience while building our dream home in which "perfection" glass appeared to be lower in cost, until you figure out in the end that their bid didn't include everything that the other companies remembered to include. I am talking basic things here, like replacing the baseboarding around our windows and the full cost of the labor. When everything came out in the wash, we paid nearly double the cost of our lowest bid, and the work was not quality that we have had with their competition since. My mirror in the bathroom was even hung crooked and they had to break it to get it out to redo it and didn't even sweep or vacuum it completely and my dog got cut. Foul language from their installers wasn't appreciated or the constant ringing or the tardiness of the staff to the estimate. Live and learn.

After obtaining three bids from local contractors (one in Prosser, one in Richland, and these idiots) for what we believed to be the exact same thing, Milgard windows, solatube, and a Therma Tru entrance door, with stained trim to match the door, locks, hinges, and everything that you'd expect to be included with the door written out in our expectations. This company came in $100 less, however, they did not even put the trim around the inside or outside of our doors and said it wasn't included in their estimate, nor did they provide us with the handles or locks (this would be extra too), and the windows didn't even pass inspection, after I discovered they didn't even pull a permit like they were legally obligated to do. Needless to say, by the time it was all said and done, I paid nearly $400 more than the lowest estimate I received from the place in Richland ($250 more than Prosser) when it was said and done. My roof now leaks and my shingles are missing. RIP OFF AND CHEATS YOU ARE!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Perfection Glass. The guys that do the installation were great! They were always on time, very courteous and made sure they cleaned up everything and that I was completely satisfied. I had originally received a quote another Glass Dealer in town. I was able to get a higher quality of window, add two doors and still saved $500! I would recommend Perfection Glass to ALL of my Family & Friends.

we were about to spend 2800 dollars (little did we know) and they couldn't be bothered to be on time for the scheduled appointment or get off the cell phone. we left with a document in hand that we would be paying about 800 dollars for two doors installed. LATER, when it was too late for our contractor, found out we had to add staining, hardware, installation - total cost was nearly 2800$. we are both familiar with construction and had adequately described what was needed; the guy who wrote us up was either incompetent or didn't give a rip. if you want a 2000 (at least) suprise and to be treated badly, by all means, shop here.
