I have used Joel twice. Both times, he got my laptop back up and running in no time, within quoted budget and took the extra steps to ensure it would keep working. The first occasion I had acquired a massive infection. He cleaned out the virus, saved all my data and added free/share ware to make sure the problem didn't come back - it hasn't. On the second time in he replaced a failed hard drive and changed the free security software to Microsoft Security Essentials. Both times, the repair was quick, efficient and effective.

assisted me with returning a failed hard drive under warranty to the manufacturer. They went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me.

these guys provide great local computer service. would recommend them to anyone. they did some data recovery for me and rediagnosed a computer problem that another place misdiagnosed. will defiinitely go back.

was looking for a new internet provider and the sales guy at this business provided me information on their internet and was honest with me saying that their internet wasn't the cheapest that month. he sold me charter internet instead. It was good to go to a business and support a local business who is honest. he said they sometimes have the best deals and sometimes don't, that's what I like to hear.

had a motherboard, cpu, and memory replaced in my PC as part of an upgrade by cline computers. did a great job. provided a quote for a lower end upgrade, middle range, and high end system. They called me each time they did a quote, got my approval and did an excellent job on the inside of the case as there is soooo much room it looks very clean inside. I will go back and use them again and would recommend anyone else to do the same!

Had a custom built PC built by Cline Computers. They are provided keyboard, mouse, and LCD screen for free included with the build. Cline's provided some excellent warranty on the custom PC, something better than any manufactured PC I've seen out there in the industry. I can walk in and get provided support for the PC while talking to someone face to face. I would recommend them for custom PCs or to have them perform computer cleanup

These guys did a great job repairing a PC that had a virus issue without having to wipe clean my computer or lose my data. I am impressed by the work they did, would definitely go back, and was satisfied with their prices. I never had to take a computer in to be repaired in the past as I fix most of my own problems, but they did a great job and are a great group of guys to work with.
