I've been to this Wendy's on several occasions over the last 2 years. Several times I have been made to wait in at the register for more than 15 minutes before the cashier is allowed to serve. The cashier must get permission to take an order when the drive thru is busy.



This evening was no exception. After waiting for more than 15 minutes watching the cashier stand around and hearing him ask the manager if he could take our order several times we were finally told that we could order.



This time I could take it no more! I yelled back to the manager that I was tired of being treated like that and that walk in customers should not be treated like that. I continued to let him know that they had done this to me on several occasions and that it was unacceptable.

The manager ignored me and I became even more angry. By this time I no longer wanted to eat there and I told the cashier that I no longer wanted to order.



I will never go back to this Wendy's ever again!!!!
