you cant go wrong its the best place to go. In fact I just had a co worker just go there and she loved them they gave her the best treetment ever she was need some big time help and I told her to go because I know they would make it right for her.

I am a patient of Dr. Graf at Valley Vision. I adore Dr. Graf! He is a personable, amazing, kind and helpful optometrist and you can tell he really knows his stuff. He's great at what he does. His office feels homey and cozy, and you will always feel welcomed by him. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for his office staff, with whom I have had several run-ins. They are very offish women, and cannot seem to keep up with simple, office tasks. I had to wait weeks to hear from them regarding the pick up of my glasses. Finally, I called them myself and trying to get any information from them was like pulling teeth. Turns out they had simply "forgotten" to call me and let me know that my glasses had been ready for nearly a month. Perhaps what happened to me was an isolated incident, nevertheless, I was unimpressed. That said, I will continue to return to Valley Vision, simply because of the expertise and kindness of Dr. Graf.
