When I walked into the clinic I noticed it had a different name on the building than what the clinics name is, when I asked about it I was told the clinic had changed names. Why would a clinic change names unless shady business was going on???

The waiting room was FULL and the other patients were not the best class either. The staff hurds you around like a bunch of cattle. 15 people in 1 room doing little to no real physical therapy is not my idea of treatment.

There is a dog in the clinic. WHAT is that about. UNCLEANLINESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I saw an MD, a chiropractor(not doing any chiropracting) and staff that do not seem to know how to care for patients.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone unless you are looking for a way to catch a possible STAPH infection.

I just want to say a big "THANKS!" to everyone at The Knee Center! I'm not too sure what the gentlemen below is referring to. I thought the place was very nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was no dog in the clinic (though I looked for one). IMHO... I think the Knee Center is fantastic.

RIP OFF JOINT--stay far away. Went for a supposedly free evaluation and the EMT who called himself "director" told me about their program. I told him that I didn't want to do anything that would cost until I had an accurate estimate of out of pocket cost. Well, he had xrays done and had some really old doctor (85 or so) who could not hear me and had to be coached by the EMT, ask me some questions from a script. The EMT never told me that seeing the "doctor and doing xrays were going to cost me. I waited for a call to explain what the out of pocket costs were going to be but I never received a call or email from the clinic. 4+ months later I get a bill from the clinic for $240.00 REALLY??!! Turns out that they tried to charge my insurance co. without my knowledge and here 4months and 1 week later they try to bill me? I DON"T THINK SO!!!!!!! I have already consulted a lawyer in case they try to sic a bill collector on me for this fraudulent charge. I wonder what other rip off schemes they are doing to other people. After all this, I wonder if they do a competent job. I wouldn't doubt that they inject you with saline instead of the Hyalgen.

Go to the OSTEO RELIEF INSTITUTE in Dallas, they are very professional (they had an exact out of pocket statement for me in 10 minutes. The director of the clinic is a REAL DOCTOR. and the person who gave me the injections was an MD.
