It amazes me how poor at business medical providers are. When you agree to take insurance, that means you agree to the insurance companies rates and fees. You just lost out on over a years worth of medical supplies over less than $100 you wanted to squabble with the insurance company over. Just dumb! Now you're losing a customer and tech savvy one at that, that is about to blast you on social media and every other form of online review possible. The CPAP Store Inc. in Richardson, TX, y'all won't last long doing business the way you are.

They always have the CPAP mask parts I need and they're very friendly. Nice people to deal with.
