I can't find the Livingston location at Custer and Parker in Plano so i'll post my comments here. I don't like the Starkey hearing aid. I wrote the Dr. two weeks before my 45 day return period ended and told her I didn't like the hearing aids. She convinced me to keep them. I returned 9 days after the 45 day expiration period and wanted my money back. They wouldn't give it back. The Starkey unit causes excessive background noise to be amplified.
