MY FAMILY AND I WALKED IN PEARLE VISION TODAY, Just too get an idea on prices, and too get a chance to look at frames, the services we got from the tec on the optical side was WONDERFUL. it's hard too fine good C.S. almost about any where. not sure if this tec has always been that this Pearle Vision, but since she was so GREAT with me and my family, we will be returning too buy from her. I saw just one person there, she surely looked like she needed help with all the phones ringing and people coming and going, and for her too still come over to ask if we needed help and if there is any questions too let her no.When we saw she was very busy, but helpful!!!! if you are looking for a place to buy glasses, make sometime too stop by this Pearle Vision, your not going to be treated like a doller amount. Very Worth the time...

My insurance was supposed to cover my exam, but the Dr didn't want to take the risk of using my insurance because my appointment was on a saturday...so I had to pay full price for the exam. They had a very small selection of glasses to choose from and were extremely expensive for the what they had. I waited two weeks for a call that my glasses were in and never received a call. I called the office and spoke to a girl that told me someone called me a week ago and left a message...I told her I wanted a refund because I never received a call. She said the Dr. would have to make the decision if he would give me the refund. When the girl called me back it was her personal cell phone because there office phone couldn't make a long distances call. (confirms the call was never made) The Dr. approved the refund..but said I would be charged 20% for cancelling the order or the Dr. would give me 20% back on the glasses. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!?! I'm only giving a 1 star because it is the lowest.
