Bouquet Preservation

I was married in July 09 and it took 9 months to receive the bouquet. I knew they did fantastic work so I kept waiting and waiting. I was not called with updates until it was completed. I had to call but I always got ahold of Alicia and although her answer was always the same, she was always polite. From my understanding..downsizing and the economy caused a backlog with their vendors and although the flowers were preserved, the frame wasn't back from the vendor. I could give 5 stars for the work..1 star for the amount of time it took (compared to when the site says it'd be ready)..and 1 star for cost. I knew it wouldn't be cheap and it certainly wasn't. But I'm not preserving my dress or anything like that so this was my one splurge. I can say I did receive the owners email and although he was polite, there wasn't much offered except a similar sentiment and an apology. Would I recommend their work? Yes..but I'd make sure whoever I told that they'd be in for a LONG wait.

HORRIBLE CUST SERVICE

It took 9 months to receive by preservation back. Nobody bothered to call and finally when I was able to contact and when confronted about the poor service their defense was that they took an attitude as if they didn't care about my concerns. Pretty much accused me of fabricating the facts. I would never ever use this company again and would not recommend it for anyone either. Their only concern is getting their money and the customer does not matter what so ever.
