Champion National Security provides a great service to our company. We haven't had any break-ins or vandalism since they started patrolling. I can also log into patrolpro.com and see where they patrolled around my complex. This is a great company.

I came to Texas with nothing - no job, no money, anything. Champion Security was the first one to hire me when I put my application in. I'm still with them today, 2 years later. I have observed they have excellent field supervisors. The field supervisors know what being an officer is like, because they are hired within the organization not from without. Even when they are picking out new field sups to promote, they still pick guards that have good qualities. In essence, they spot a quality guard when they see one, promote to field supervisor, and won't promote one of the low-quality guards. The scheduler will also work with you around your schedule and days off if you need them.



The downside about this company is the low pay they start you at, the lowest in the business. While the average security company will start a guard out at $9.50 - $10.00 per hour (I've checked around), Champion starts out at $8.00 per hour. You do increase with each successive evaluation, but still below. But, this is also how they are able to obtain accounts as well - they offer cheaper services to the clients. Which actually turns out good in the end because they can offer more jobs to more guards. For example, with the starting low pay, they are willing to give someone like me - someone with ZERO experience in security - a chance at being an officer, while all other security companies want "previously 2 years security experience", etc.



I have actually recommended Champion Security to several people I've met, saying that it's a great entry level job into the field. From there you can gain experience and become armed.

I put my application in, I got hired and went to work. I started out as an unarmed guard making good wages now, I am an armed guard making grate wages.Every since I have been with this company,. I have had the opportunity to work at various clients locations my posts have been very diverse.I have worked at Homeless Shelters,Supper Markets,Hospitals,Movies Theaters, Walmart s etc.I love the changes in post because changes can help you grow in security. The staff is friendly an down to earth,The managers are fair an approachable,The company makes you feel as a person not just a body they reward you an recognized you for all your hard work.I am going to keep it real this is a good company to work for, if it was not I would have been gone,I only stay where I feel wanted and the company makes you feel wanted

I began as a security officer then based on my professionalism, passion and ability to work well with customers and the public my talent was recognized by supervisors/management and I was rewarded with great posts and promotions. I would recommend Champion National Security to anyone seeking solid employment with an opportunity to grow with the company. Especially if you like to be involved with the latest technology and innovations.

Champion National Security has lowered our shrink percentage as compared to the other security companies. They provide us with quality officers and not quantity and the officers make us feel safe.
