This is the WORST place to go to for CPAP fulfillment and education. Their 'expert' spends the entire appointment telling you how much trouble you're going to have getting used to the machine and how much you're going to hate it for several weeks. Shonda, the manager, is rude, doesn't listen to concerns and pushes whatever particular mask she has on hand regardless of what you obviously need. After having to go back to exchange the mask because of the exact problems I made her aware of in the beginning, she refused to step out of her office and just kept telling the receptionist to handle it despite the obvious need for speaking with a respiratory therapist. Do NOT go there unless you have no other options. They are horrible.
