I like collection and service by the girl who was working.

i went there to buy something for my daughter, they have a good collection but the prices are high,have i brought a small pair of earrings and a small chain total weight of 6.3 grams including the stone in the earrings n they told me the price of 560 dollars which is too high, we bargained a little bit n they came to 480 dollars which is still too high, another thing was that when we asked abt the gold rate they told us the wrong higher rate, the price for 6.3 grams of 24k gold is around 360-370 now u can imagine that the price for 22k is much lower than this n they charged too high, i am regretting my purchase but i have not seen other jewellers who sell 22k gold items so may b thats the rate which other jewellers also charge

My family and friends have all been customers of this business since it opened and we have never found a better place to buy jewelry.My family and I have been coming for years from Irving, TX All the staff there provides a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable and their gold is VERY high quality. The service is great and they are always honest. I think you are probably just a cheap customer Manesh and it's a shame that people will read your review and get the wrong idea about Aarti Jewelers. Buy Jewelery there, it's a great place!

This is store who is selling broken items for new prices. We have bought bracelet for my mother for $810.00 When we bought that owner himself have told me that there are $770.00 worth of gold in this and only $40.00 for labor. He said if there are any problems bring it back and I'll give your money back. We decided to buy that. When we were trying that I noticed that it was broken. I told owner about it. He said I'll fix this, this is a minor problem. He fixed that and we took it home. When we open that box at home that was broken at same place. So we got broken item for new item price. But he told me that bring if there are any problem. I took it back, since he knew there was a problem when we bought he didn't argue. But main thing is he did refuse to give me my money back. I ask him to give me that gold money since we can't use this Brocken one. He said he can only give me $540.00 or if I need full refund I have to buy something else with higher price than $810.00 and pay him the difference. He saw me another one. I like one. So I decided to buy that. When I was trying I saw THAT WAS BROKEN TOO. He fixes that in front of me and he was charging me for new. He did not give my money back to me. Owner is not man of his own word. He is trying to rip his customers. We buy at least $10,000.00 worth of gold every year. I have never seen service like this. I was cheated there. I'll never go there. I suggest all of you to not go there. There are so many other stores in that area. Buy from somewhere else.
