professional ultra friendly ultra efficient. Calls answered or returned in a timely manner. Questions answered and Bob showed a genuine interest in getting my problem resolved .
Even though intermittent and of course not happening at the time Bob was there he was able to simulate the problem with what little I could give him. He listened and was able to fix a tricky situation The two others struggled with and just walked away from after replacing costly parts that Bob explained and showed me they didn’t pertain at all to fixing my furnace.Bob said it was probably not intentional that they replaced the wrong parts that they did He even went as far as removing two expensive parts and replacing them with the originally r removed parts with no effect to the performance of the furnace after he fixed the problem in an altogether different part of the system. Bob explained that the expensive parts were probably legitimately installed and is common because all technicians don’t fully understand or test areas not commonly known to all techs.His work was flawless Tiidy and done as he said it would be. The two others struggled with and just walk away from.the problem.
Granted not all things can be fixed immediately but the other two companies
Claimed that they couldn’t fix my problem as mine only acting up intermittently.
They came and looked at it and gave up almost immediately. They wanted to sell me a furnace and charged me well beyond what I believed was reasonable for parts and service .And still no fix. It was immediately apparent that Bob had a higher understanding of all things furnace driven by long experience.
Bob from northern however agreed that intermittent problems could be tricky yet he fixed my problem the first time by firstly understanding not only the product but the install and how it worked or didn’t work with the space and the elements of the surrounding area and was able to maximize my situation. He said the installation of my furnace was typical but not optimal so he tweaked some things. The results were noticeable right away.even though it is old and feared by others who desperately want to just replace the system at great expense telling me it could not be repaired and was extremely inefficient to the point they wouldn’t even try. Bob from northern however agreed that it was older but was still fixable and if tuned to the surroundings it was still a viable unit. It has never performed better.
