Poor service. I needed a wheelchair for a person that can't walk and THREE months later they had one! Never delivered on the said date after they had it sitting there for a wk KNOWING this person is waiting on his chair! Another excuse, the vehicle broke down and no phone call. I got the run around none stop, first they didn't have a phone number after I was on the phone with them numerous times to get a chair for this guy. I said forget it I will be there in an hr. That's how far I had to drive to pick it up. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

Went to Home Medical to purchase Cpap and supplies. Great experience. Katie was very helpful and professional. I have since ordered supplies and have had great responses.

The people that work at this establishment are very rude. You aren't greeted when you come into the store, you are ignored. There was a girl with very long hair, I can't remember her name, but she was very polite, nice and friendly. She is apparently no longer at this location. I would advise you not to do business with this establishment, their customer service sucks. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.
